We also adjust our quality checks based on each client’s requirements. Our packing team hand-sorts every briquette to remove pieces that don’t meet standard shape or texture. Before loading, every shipment is reviewed by an independent third-party laboratory to confirm ash level, moisture content, volatile matter, and fixed carbon. We strongly encourage customers to verify quality before the container is shipped—either by sending a surveyor to our factory or visiting personally—since issues cannot be resolved after the goods are dispatched.
